OpenNorfolk

Filling the community’s needs for outdoor programming, safe places for families and kids, and community activation.

About

OpenNorfolk was a boots-on-the-ground community assistance program through the City of Norfolk that helped local businesses open safely under The Governor’s Phase 1-3 Guidelines. In Phase 3, OpenNorfolk assisted local businesses while focusing on neighborhoods and communities, filling the community’s needs for outdoor programming, safe places for families and kids, and community activation. The program provided three, temporary, flexible Neighborhood Spots for safe, healthy, fun and educational pop-up programming.
