The Little Superheroes 2-session Saturday workshop is filled with brain-based learning activities and a creative design curriculum to help little kids develop their social entrepreneurial super-powers while having fun. Also, Little Superheroes learn about sustainable development and how it's essential to change our world for the better.

Cost: FREE

Bootcamp - This is a moderate to high intensity full body workout. This class will increase heart rate capacity, build a healthy Vo2 max, fast burn calories, and build strength and muscle endurance. Each participant will exercise at their own pace and capacity exercise modifications will be provided as necessary.

Let the beat of the drums move your body! This high-energy workshop incorporates basic stretches, strengthening, and full body movements set to West African and Afro-Caribbean rhythms. Attendees will learn dance, language, rhythm, and songs as they embark on a journey of movement that blends African and Afro-Caribbean culture.

Norfolk Public Schools English as a Second Language (ESL) will be presenting mini sessions for Zoom, ParentVue, and Google Classroom followed by assistance with Gmail account set-up if needed by any attendees.
