The City of Norfolk’s OpenNorfolk team, the Fire Marshal’s Office, and the Virginia Department of Health hosted a meeting on Friday, December 4, 2020 to discuss the new Outdoor Dining Permit application and guidelines, the brand-new OpenNorfolk Streateries Program, and the free heaters that will soon be distributed to restaurants who put in a request.
