TWP and NEON continue their arts partnership for an evening of celebration on what would have been a NEON Festival night. The Teens have performed at each NEON Festival since 2015 so please join them once again for a fantastic performance!

Meet at 5:00pm for a community procession to the new mural by Clayton Singleton and Nicole Christine Harp, followed by performances by Teens With a Purpose at The Plot.
